We Ship by Royal Mail:

Order are calculated by weight, value and destination and the appropriate options for your delivery will be shown at checkout. Delivery made with your normal post. All our services must be Signed For. Please make a note in the Order Comments Box if you would like us to deliver your order to a neighbour.

- Royal Mail First Class Signed For - from £2.25 (1-5 days) - This is NOT a Guaranteed Next Day Service.

- Royal Mail Next Day WEEKDAY Delivery (Guaranteed by 1PM*) - from £6.60. (1 day) Order by 2.30pm Monday-Thursday for Next Day delivery.If selected on Thursday(after 2.30) or Friday, it will arrive on Monday

- Royal Mail Saturday Delivery (Guaranteed by 1PM Saturday*) - from £11.75. (1 day) For urgent orders placed after 2.30pm on Thursday and up to 2.30pm on Friday.

- International Signed For - from £8.80 to Europe / £14.25 Worldwide. (4-12 days) We will use the fastest service available to the destination country.

- Courier - Call for a quote (can ship worldwide) (same day / next day / 3 days)

We are not responsible for delays by the Post Office or Local International Customs. These are rare but they do happen occasionally. Please contact us if you haven't received your item within 5 days in the UK or 10 days International. However, Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost or delayed until 15 working days after posting. All our orders are tracked for your peace of mind.

Please Note: There may be additional local customs charges to pay outside of the UK. It is the customers responsibility to pay this. It is up to the customer to ascertain if these charges are applicable before deciding whether or not to order.

If you choose Next Day / Special Delivery please ensure you place your order by 2.30pm. Any orders placed after 10am on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

If you require a Monday delivery you must place your order before 10.00am on Saturday morning and choose Next Day delivery.

We do not ship orders after 10am on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you are within a one hour drive of our offices/warehouse in Wales and your need is very urgent we will endeavour to get your product delivered to you. There is a small fee for this service. Call our helpline or email us to see if you qualify and to obtain a quote for delivery.Alternatively, you can collect from us.



Returns Policy- Important:

PLEASE READ BEFORE EMAILING FOR A CODE

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items if you change your mind, within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.


You must check the items immediately upon receipt and report any faults within 24 hours. Please ensure you test any waterproof products prior to departing on holiday. We cannot send a FOC replacement for faulty goods to a holiday destination outside the UK.


You must obtain a returns code by emailing us using the Contact Us page. Please ensure you send us your name, order number and reason for return.

Return the item unused with the returns code marked on the paper invoice enclosed with the order, using a Signed For delivery and return the item to us within 7 days of it arriving with you. The item must be received by us within 7 days of obtaining a returns code and remains your responsibility until received by us. It must be in perfect condition, unused and complete with all its packaging.

  • Up to 7 days after delivery - Email for returns code. Refund of item cost only (no postage refund unless faulty)
  • 8 days - 30 days - Dry Pro goods with a faulty valve only can be returned* / call for returns code/ replacement of item plus postage costs paid.

* Only Dry Pro products with a faulty valve are eligible for returns after 7 days. A replacement item only will be sent once the faulty item has been checked. However, you can order and pay for a replacement if you need it quickly and then a refund will be made to you for the faulty item once it has been checked.This warranty does not cover any rips, tears or holes that may appear through use of the product unless we are informed that the product was faulty on arrival (within 24hours of receipt). Please also note - a valve is not faulty if it has been pulled off the cover - in this instance, the valve can be refitted. We can do this for you for a small charge.

Please note: due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, slings, cast covers, bandages etc. can not be returned once worn or after 7 days - please check the item immediately upon receipt.

Dry Pro PICC Covers carry a 90-day faulty replacement/repair warranty. Please note that if you have damaged these items yourself by cutting them, by excessive force in putting them on, or through natural wear and tear they are not considered faulty.i.e. a rip or tear or hole in the rubber is not covered by warranty unless we are informed with 24 hours of delivery. The warranty is in case of the valve failing. In this case, please email us asap. You must return the faulty cover for checking before we send a replacement. At our discretion, we may be able to repair the cover in which case we will let you know.

Take care around sharp objects such as pins, long fingernails, sharp cast edges, safety pins etc. as damaging the product in this way does not deem it to be faulty.

All our Dry Pro covers are checked prior to leaving our warehouse and leave us in perfect condition. The rubber is checked for any potential holes or tears, and the valve is tested. It is very rare for the valve to fail. It is your responsibility to take care when putting the covers on. They are very tough but they are rubber and anything sharp may damage them. This kind of damage is not covered under the replacement warranty.

If your item was shipped using the Free Delivery option and you return it because you have ordered an incorrect size or you have changed your mind, we will deduct the postage cost from your refund.

If your item is returned without the original packaging or without obtaining a returns code we will charge a £5 re-packing /re-stocking fee.

If you ordered 2 items in different sizes and used our 5% discount code then subsequently have returned one of the items, the discount will deducted from any credit for the returned item.

Please note that a product is not deemed faulty if you find it is unsuitable after purchasing. Please check with your GP if unsure if a product is suitable or not. We do not refund postage costs in this instance.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
